Baked Market Fish also to be known as “Ikan Bakar”. A dish which is very much easy to be found at local streets market or Ramadan Bazaar during Raya eve.

- This time we fused our Bee Kee XO Scallop Sauce with Sambal Belacan and drizzle of calamansi juice as it gives some acidity to its Ikan Bakar sauce.

- Spread the sauce evenly over the fish and nicely wrap it with sheet of banana leaf. It can be done baking in a practical oven or barbecue it over charcoal in an outdoor space during parties.

Last 5 hours for 2023! It’s has been a very bizarre year for us to be here to thank you all for your amazing support towards us. Each one of your support gives us a massive hopes and encouragement that keeps us onward.

炸小红葱扮演了阿妹记XO干贝酱的色，香，味 。正所以 “色”与 “香”，是手工刀切片的一定要够薄，再用中火炸成片片金黄色 。“味”是在于小红葱本身天然的糖份所拥有的 “甜味”。

蓝花饭 · Nasi Kerabu

Despite of being too conservative. It is very much impossible to spark up something unique and difference. Nasi Kerabu stance for rice and salad. It is also one of the popular dish for Malay cuisine. Accompany with saucy meat like Rendang, achar (pickled veg), ulam (raw veg), sambal and etc. And here’s shows how we gave it a little twist with our Bee Kee Xo Scallop Sauce to complimenting as it’s sauce for the rice and other sides.

Ingredients :-
• Bee Kee Xo Scallop Sauce
• Blue pea flower rice
• Raw salad
• Chicken masak merah

清蒸XO鲑鱼饭 · Steamed Xo salmon rice

Running out of idea on preparing a healthy meal? Try out the steamed Xo sauce salmon rice. Genuinely goes well with avocado and Shio Ajitama (salted semi soft boiled egg). Light and yet creamy at the same time. Drizzle more Xo sauce on top for extra spice and umami.

Ingredient :-
• Bee Kee Premium Xo Scallop Sauce
• Poached/ steamed salmon
• Semi soft boiled egg
• Avocado

XO芝士酱印度煎饼 · XO Cheese Naan

One of the good reason of being a Malaysian is it is the most diversify country among Asia. Therefore, no matter what races we are, we always share and appreciate each other’s culture. As a Malaysian Chinese, one of our favorite spot for supper it’s always been “mamak store” which can be known as a Malay Indian eatery place. A glass of “Teh Susu” - milk tea with a set of “Roti Canai Banjir” - flooded Indian croissant to sum up the meal.

But the MVP will always be the Cheese Naan. Feast it with raw sliced shallot dressed with lime juice and flooded with dhal curry will always never goes wrong.

By showing our appreciation of our harmony culture, we gave it a little twist by using our Bee Kee Xo Scallop Sauce for this staple dish of all.

• Mozzarella Cheese
• Naan Bread
