Our Chef Ericโs journey began in Switzerland, where he first learned discipline, precision and how true kitchen standards function in international hotels at a global level. After years of that rhythm, he chose a different path; he ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ with his wife, Han-Ni, in ๐๐๐๐. There, he brought quality meat and honest cooking into a neighbourhood space where creativity had room to breathe, and where families could simply gather, eat well and feel at home.
Now, for a short season, that journey comes ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐. He's now back in a 5-star kitchen at EQKL, albeit for 7-days. We already miss him at ABANICO, and we are so very proud of his achievements.
