White chocolate is easy to identify because of its cream or ivory color. It is made by combining sugar, cocoa butter, milk, vanilla, and lecithin 🍰

Milk chocolate is made by combining chocolate liquor (cocoa solids and cocoa butter) with sugar, and milk. This the favorite among others 🍪

Dark chocolate iscmade from two ingredients — chocolate liquor and sugar. Sometimes small amounts of vanilla and soy lecithin. It tastes quite bitter compare to others 🍫

FACTS ABOUT CHOCOLATE YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Chocolate is made from the fruit of cacao trees, which are native to Central and South America. The fruits are called pods and each pod contains around 40 cacao beans. The seeds of the cacao tree have an intense bitter taste and must be fermented to develop the flavor.

After fermentation, the seeds are dried, cleaned, and roasted. The shell is removed to produce cocoa nibs, which are then ground to cocoa mass, unadulterated chocolate in rough form. Once the cocoa mass is liquefied by heating, it is called chocolate liquor.
