Greetings to all sambal lovers! Today we will teach how to prepare sambal.

Here's a brief overview of the preparation process for making our Sambal:

Ingredients:

1. Fresh chili peppers (quantity based on desired spiciness)
2. Garlic cloves
3. Shallots
4. Salt
5. Oil
6. seasonings: tamarind paste, sugar, lime juice

Instructions:

1. Prep Ingredients:
Wash and clean the chili peppers, removing the stems. Adjust the quantity based on your preferred level of spiciness. Peel garlic cloves and shallots.

2. Chopping:
Roughly chop the chili peppers, garlic, and shallots. The size of the pieces can influence the texture of the final Sambal.
