Hello everyone! How are you doing? Since MCO and we have to stay at home for such longer period of time, I bet most of you will feel burnout and stressed right? especially to those employees that had to work from home and students who's facing an online distance learning. Thus, I want to suggest some tips on how to manage stress during this pandemic

1. Take a break from the news. Information overload can be upsetting so make sure to make an effort to switch off your screens once in a while
2. Take care of your body. Meditate, eat well-balanced meals and take a deep breath. Apart from staying safe, stay healthy!
3. Make time to unwind. Use few minutes of your day to do something you enjoy

FACTS ABOUT WHITE CHOCOLATE 💬

In 2004, the Food and Drug Administration, a U.S. government agency in health, introduced a law requiring that white chocolate sold on the market must have a minimum of 20% cocoa butter. This law was introduced to prevent chocolate producers from using vegetable oils or other vegetable fats to replace cocoa butter. One way to find out if the white chocolate you buy on the market using cocoa butter or other vegetable fat/oil instead is to look at the brown color. This white chocolate using cocoa butter will usually be brownish white.

Unfortunately this brown color can not be an absolute indicator as there are manufacturers that use vegetable fats/oils but add artificial dyes to make it a little wary. In addition to obliging the consumption of cocoa butter at a certain percentage, to allow it to be called white chocolate, it must have a minimum of 14% milk solids, 3.5% milk fat and not more than 55% sugar or sweeteners.
