We have a vacancy for a customer service executive, and are looking for someone with a bubbly personality and problem solving skills.
Duties include:
1. Handling eCommerce chat
2. Order processing and fulfilment
3. Troubleshooting and resolution of crises
The ideal candidate is expected to:
1. Have a positive and humble attitude towards work
2. Have a good command of two languages or more
3. Be willing to constantly learn new skills and knowledge
4. Be able to adapt and to overcome different challenges
5. Act in accordance with company policy and procedure
6. Work independently whilst able to work as a team as well
Working Hours - 8.30AM to 6.00PM - Mon to Fri
