🏨 什么是 SCOBY Hotel？ 简单说，就是找一个大罐子，把多余的 SCOBY 集中存放在一起，并用酸性液体“封存”起来。 在这里，它们会进入低代谢的“休眠”状态，可以存放几个月甚至半年不用管！

✨ 为什么要建 Hotel？
✅ 安全备份： 万一哪天你酿的一发长毛翻车了，Hotel 里随时有健康的备用菌重开！
✅ 暂停酿造： 出差、旅游或想偷懒不想酿时，把菌放进去，它们很安全。
✅ 超强引子： Hotel 里的液体会变得极酸，是活性最强的 Starter（引子液）！

🛠️ 步骤：
1. 找一个干净的大玻璃罐（不需要密封罐，普通广口瓶即可）。
2.保证手和工具干净，把多余的 SCOBY 一片片叠进去。
3.倒入原液！最好是上一批特别酸的康普茶原液。如果不够，就用新煮好放凉的甜茶水补充。

⚠️ 重点：液体必须完全淹没最上面的一层菌膜！这是防止发霉的关键。
盖上透气布，扎紧橡皮筋。找个阴凉角落放着就行。

🛎️ 维护
旅馆里的菌菌需要定期喂糖吗？
👉 答案是：不需要！NO！🙅‍♀️
SCOBY Hotel 的目的是让菌“休眠”，而不是让它们辛勤工作。
如果经常喂糖，它们就会兴奋地开始发酵，产生气泡和酒精，这违背了我们“长期静置保存”的初衷。
只要罐子里的液体足够酸（pH值很低），它们就是安全的，不需要额外的食物也能存活好几个月。

👉 唯一需要你动手的时候：补水
因为是透气盖子，水分会慢慢蒸发。 每隔几周看一眼，如果发现液位下降，快要露出最上面的菌膜了：
操作： 煮一点甜茶水，彻底放凉后倒进去，直到再次淹没菌膜即可。
(这顺带补充的一点点养分，足够维持它们的最低代谢了。)
有了这座旅馆，你就可以实现“菌膜自由”，随时休假随时开工！
