I never could resist a challenge! This was actually amazing, that's a knife in the bun and you manipulate it to get the burger fall apart as you eat. And yes, I did eat it all, great flavours :-) Wonderful bar and restaurant if you happen to be in this part of the world!

Found a couple of Lamb shanks lurking at the back of the freezer and thought why not Chiang Mai Lamb Shanks ? No peanuts but subbed some cashew nuts and I'm betting it will turn out just fine😋.

So my brother thought he would show me the freshly picked roadside stall mangoes he had picked up on his travels, 15 THB a Kilo, about 32p. The taste of these when they are that fresh is unbelievable, a different level. Left me wondering what fruit or veg I can buy for that price in the UK 😕
