We noticed that many of these messages contain the same or very similar wording:

“Fail ini boleh dibuka dan dilihat menggunakan komputer.”
(This file can be opened and viewed using a computer.)

🚨 PLEASE BE EXTRA CAREFUL IF YOU SEE THIS WORDING.

We suspect these attachments may be malicious or unsafe files.

If you receive this type of message from us or appearing to come from us, DO NOT download or open the file first. Please contact us to verify.

Even if you receive a similar file from friends, colleagues, suppliers or other contacts, please stay alert. Their account may also have been compromised.

When in doubt, DON'T OPEN — VERIFY FIRST. 🔐

我们又被逃单了~ 如果少付了RM50，商家过了一段时间才来确认，你还愿意补回吗？🤔

最近我们遇到一件小事。

一位顾客的订单还有 RM50没有付款。我们联系后，对方表示会处理，期间我们也跟进了几次。

我们理解顾客可能有自己的难处，需要一点时间，我们愿意等。毕竟RM50不是什么大数目，也没有必要为了这件事一直咄咄逼人。

后来我们自己忙起来，也有疏忽，中间漏了继续跟进。

最近重新整理账目，再次联系时，才发现已经联系不上了。

分享这件事情，不是为了公审任何人，我们也不会公开顾客的个人资料。

反而想借这件事，听听大家站在 顾客的角度 会怎么看。

假设一个月前你订了一份餐，后来商家整理账目时才发现：

「不好意思，上次好像少了RM50，可以麻烦您帮忙检查一下吗？」

你会觉得：

「都过了这么久，现在才发现是商家的问题，我不会再付。」

还是：

「没关系，我先查一下。有付就告诉你，真的没付就补回。」

其实我们觉得，只要记录还在、事情查得清楚，大家一起核对就好了。 ❤️

因为当我们询问顾客时，我们也不会直接认定顾客一定没有付款。

有时候顾客已经转账，只是忘了发付款截图；有时候也可能是我们自己漏了记录。

所以其实很简单：

已经付了 → 告诉我们，一起核对。
真的少付 → 补回就好。
不小心多付 → 下一单扣除或直接退款，都可以。

事实上，我们也经常遇到顾客主动告诉我们：

「我好像多付钱给你们了。」

即使我们自己还没有发现，我们一样会退款，或者让顾客下一单扣除。

因为我们的想法一直很简单：

多收的钱，不是我们的。
少收的钱，也是我们工作后应该得到的。

当然，如果过了几个星期，甚至一个月才发现，我们也承认自己有责任，对账流程确实需要改善。

所以目前我们也正在认真寻找更适合的下单及付款系统，希望以后可以减少类似的人为疏忽。

但如果订单、付款记录都还在，事情也查得清楚，我们还是希望双方可以多一点体谅和包容。

RM50看起来不多，但对我们来说大概也是 5–6份便当的营业额，背后一样有食材、包装、人工和配送成本。

所以真的很好奇大家的想法：

如果确认自己真的少付了RM50，
即使商家是一个星期，甚至一个月后才来确认，你还会补回吗？

前提是：双方都有记录，可以查得清清楚楚。

A｜会，确认少付了就补回
B｜看过了多久，再决定
C｜不会，商家太迟发现是商家的责任

没有标准答案，也不是想让大家批评谁。

我们是真的想听听顾客的想法。❤️
