We cordially proclaim the 16th of August 2021 as the launching date for “Louiselle’s Homemade Sauce”. At the backdrop of the severity of Covid-19 pandemic, ravaging lives and causing havoc to the world economy, we came up with an idea of selling our favourite homemade sauces with the intention of encouraging home cooking, generating some income and prev
ent boredom after staying home for too long. Prior to this day, we sincerely thank our dear friends whom have become our customers and our customers whom of some have become our friends. However we, specifically wish to thank two kind Samaritans for not laughing at our crazy idea instead giving us advice and reaching out their helping hands. Dominic Chong, our brother in Christ is the owner and founder of Yum Yum Restaurant of Ipoh (https://www.facebook.com/Yum-Yum-Restaurant-118992248177051/), has been generous and helpful being our sauce taster. He offers invaluable advice on technique to creating an ideal umami in the sauce. The second kind Samaritan is Mr. Luke Loke, a media influencer with celebrity status (https://www.facebook.com/LukeLoke66), helps us by providing gratis promotion on our product despite being total stranger to each other. Their help are like two complementary energies switching from potential to kinetic energy that fuel a pendulum swinging back and forth.
