趁着还在休假，勤力一点煮了个晚餐。 最近很爱刷IG的短视屏，很多简单快捷的食谱。 虽然仔细看你会发觉好像大同小异，但是我还是很喜欢看。看到喜欢的就会收起来，然后给妈妈看。然后休假就下个厨，妈妈就趁机偷懒不煮。 也不怪妈妈，每天三餐，而且厨房...

趁着还在休假，勤力一点煮了个晚餐。
最近很爱刷IG的短视屏，很多简单快捷的食谱。 虽然仔细看你会发觉好像大同小异，但是我还是很喜欢看。看到喜欢的就会收起来，然后给妈妈看。
然后休假就下个厨，妈妈就趁机偷懒不煮。 也不怪妈妈，每天三餐，而且厨房又热。特别是之前热浪来袭，厨房简直是一个大烤炉！
不过我下厨，妈妈就要能接受我奇奇怪怪的创意。今天原本是煎饺子，视频教的是普通的调味，但是包法不一样，而且上面还有两个小虾，很吸引！ 我呢。。。家是有虾，不过省点用，最近不懂为什么很难买到小虾。。。所以小虾变成火腿。 调味嘛，忽然想吃咖哩味，就调味放了酱油，辣椒粉，咖哩粉，孜然粉，一点糖。还放了一些切丁的cheddar cheese 🧀。
好吧，其实应该煎起来不错吃，但是忽然想起妈妈说这几天很难上厕所。我想大概菜吃太少，所以切了黄芽白，白玉菇和番茄。黄芽白的甜，白玉菇的香，番茄微微的酸，用上汤焖了，快干时放饺子去煎。很完美的计划，但是算漏了妈妈这个不确定因素。 人家跑进厨房八卦，看到我没用完那上汤，就吵着要把上汤全倒进去。。。
好吧，煎饺子告吹，我们就换个新式的上汤焖饺子😂
总结，咖哩饺子配上汤其实也不来赖！
一碗8颗饺子，两个人的晚餐。
对了，视频明明教的是饺子，因为用饺子皮包的。 我家妈妈比较喜欢云吞的薄皮，所以我最好是用云吞皮做的
