How to Cook:
🥣 Soup Bak K*t Teh
1. Prepare 300g pork ribs with ginger slices, garlic, spring onions and soaked shiitake mushrooms.

2. Add the above ingredients, 2L water and 2 seasoning packs into the pot. Bring to a boil.

3. Reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer for 1½ hours.

🔥 Dry Bak K*t Teh
4. Heat a wok with cooking oil. Stir-fry 3g shredded squid and dried chilli until fragrant.

5. Add the cooked pork ribs and sauce packet into the wok. Stir-fry for 15 seconds.

6. Add 2 spoonful of the earlier Bak K*t Teh broth, stir briefly then cover and simmer until sauce thickens (around 3 minutes). Serve hot.
