今晚到怡保Botani区 (别来跟我乱说这是Bandar Cyber诸如此类的东西啊，你看不顺眼就越过别看好了) 有富茶室吃齐心板面和嘉宾虾面。
捏的板面我要求保留用树仔菜，然后要用猪肉粉的配料 (猪肉块、猪肉碎、猪肉丸、鱼丸还有粉肠) RM10.00，假如10分我打6.5分，面的口感是比较厚实比较有韧性那种，我喜欢。整体来说不错。不过假如有放点炸蒜泥油或者炸印度红葱头仔油会更加分。
虾面没有给虾酱，我要求讨，业者说刚好没完了🙄 然后整碗虾面也没有蕹菜😑 汤水比较清，猪肉片切太厚了。唯一还算ok的是那两只虾还ok。这虾面，还有很多进步空间。
Tonight I went to the Pusat Makanan Yew Foo in the Ipoh Botani area (please don't give me that "it's actually Bandar Cyber" nonsense, if you don't like what I'm saying, just scroll past) to have my dinner with mom. We had pan mee and the prawn noodles.
For the pan mee, I asked them to keep the sayur manis (that local veg) in the dough, and I wanted it with the pork noodles stuff — pork chunks, minced pork, pork balls, fish balls, and pig's intestines, RM10.00. I'd give it a 6.5 out of 10. The noodles were on the thicker and chewier side, which I like. Overall, not bad. But it would've scored higher if they'd thrown in some crispy fried garlic oil or fried shallot oil.
As for the prawn noodles — they didn't give any sambal belacan (shrimp paste), and when I asked for some, the stall owner said they'd just run out 🙄 On top of that, there wasn't even any kangkung (water spinach) in the whole bowl 😑 The soup was pretty thin, and the pork slices were cut way too thick. The only decent thing was the two prawns — they were alright. But honestly? This prawn noodle has a long way to go.
