Are you serving healthy meals?

We get this question a lot and YES, personally think that WE ARE because most dishes we cook is from real food and hardly ever any processed food. We use only CHICKEN BREAST and mostly comes with HARDBOILED EGGS.

I always order from our own kitchen and for some time, I realised that the fatty liver was gone and it assures me that, even if I am consuming cream and cheese in quite a few of our food, it won't worsen my condition because the food we serve is CLEAN.

We often opt for pasta instead of any other kinda noodles. Say this CHICKE PAPRIKASH pasta, the sauce itself is made from fresh tomatoes, onions and bell peppers. We use Greek yogurt or plain yogurt in the sauce as well.

If you intend to build muscles like me, we can't just do gym, resistance training or running/ swimming. We have to watch what we put in our mouth.

If you like eating like how I do- sandwich the chicken with some lettuce and low cal crackers, all you need to do is to order the chicken dish without the pasta from us. Prepare your own kinda vege or even add in more hardboiled eggs and you are good to go.

I really find this hillarious. Bao Ru has already complained to June a day before I came back from Penang. I went there for a week and left them working on different things on their own.

When you are being put a finger on... Haha... We know they have their ways of doing things and as long as they settle their work, we don't constraint them too much... Most importantly they are responsible.

Bao Ru knows what I am concerned with I guess, I reminded them to be responsible and not to use the phone unnecessarily until they miss our calls or messages. Good job Bao Ru for being an accountable partner to the team.
