創辦人。歷史。
本店生意從我們的有娘惹血統的曾祖母就已經開始做這個生意了，以前的做法都是從石磨把辣椒和各種香料慢慢的磨成末，然後把磨好的咖哩醬放在另外一個盤子，就這樣就拿出去巴剎（菜市場）去賣. 當然那時候的年代如果真的要把辣椒用石磨去磨成末是一點都不簡單，而且還需要很多毅力和耐心才能把辣椒磨成成品.
在市面上做咖哩醬和辣椒醬的人很多, 不過現在本店所做的都是依照著我們的曾祖母創辦人的程序來製造出來. 當然我們不再用人手石磨了, 現在我們都用符合衛生條件機械來生產. 現在的我們都是堅持著用高品質的入口辣椒和材料來製造，也不斷的嘗試更好的材料來帶給我們的客戶.
