Resepi cream cheese gebu mcm ais krim :
🌸 Cream cheese 250g (nak sedap pakai philadelphia . Warna tak berapa kuning and lebih sedap)
🌸 80g gula kastor / icing sugar (boleh adjust kalau tak nak manis)
🌸 susu full cream 100g (kalau tak nak leleh boleh adjust kat sini)
🌸 whip cream 300g (ni kena hati hati masa nak whisk jgn sampai pecah)

Resepi ganache smooth berkilat :
🌸 350g choc. compound (saya pakai van houten)
🌸 1 cawan susu full cream atau susu cair (saya pakai susu cair lebih berlemak tapi mahal sikit)
🌸 3 sudu pure butter
Tips cair , pakai teknik double boil . Sampai separuh cair, boleh tutup api 😋
