Brew by Root started from one simple belief 🌿
Real food should feel close to real life.
Seven years later, this still matters to us — maybe even more than before.
Not just in what we make,
but in how we hope people enjoy it.
Not as something distant, complicated, or only meant for special occasions.
But as something that can sit naturally in your fridge,
on your dining table,
and quietly become part of your everyday routine.
A bottle shared after dinner.
A drink opened during a visit home.
A small moment of care passed from one person to another 💚
This anniversary month, that belief feels even more real to us.
Because the more time passes,
the more we realise that what people remember most
are often the simple, honest things —
the ones they can bring home, share with family,
and slowly make part of their life.
7 years of brewing.
7 years of learning.
7 years of coming back to the same root:
To create something real,
something good,
and something worth sharing.

真正的食物，应该更贴近生活。
它不是很遥不可及远的东西，
也不是需要被包装得很精致，才显得有价值。
真正的原食，价值在于它里面的营养，味道，当然还有背后付出的耐心与努力
每当想到我们的产品被带回家，从冰箱拿出，并且与心爱的人分享时，我们都觉得我们做出的努力并没白费。
一瓶康普茶，或者是一口泡菜
可能只是一天里的小小片刻。但它也可以是一句：
“这个给你喝，比较清爽。”
“吃完饭我们一起开一瓶吧。”
“这个味道够酸够辣，你应该会喜欢。”
这些很小的日常，
有时候反而最深刻与期盼 💚
今年，Brew by Root 走到第 7 年。
这几年里，我们一直在调整、学习、改变，
但心里最核心的那件事，其实没有变：
我们还是希望做出真实、简单、可以被日常享用的东西。
不是只为了某一个节日，
而是可以慢慢走进生活里，
被带回家、被分享、被记住。
七年不算很短，
但我们也知道，这只是另一个新的开始。
