重新定义【月塔】
今年的月塔有点不一样，我们重新审视了当初我们做月塔的初衷、以及月饼在传统上的意义和角色。
月圆人团圆，中秋庆祝的是一种“圆满、富有内容”，这才会有内馅月饼的诞生。今年我们想让这份团圆再大一些，于是有了这一款大团圆月塔。
说到中秋就会想到茶，经典的抹茶当然不遑多让。内馅加入清爽柠檬凝乳，给整体口味一点冲击感之余，也让整个甜品上升到一定维度。

Redefining the “Moon Tart”
This year’s Moon Tart is a little different.
We took a step back to revisit why we created the Moon Tart in the first place, as well as the traditional meaning and role of mooncakes in Mid-Autumn celebrations.
The full moon represents reunion — a celebration of being whole, complete, and filled with meaning. And that is what gave rise to the filled mooncake we know today.
This year, we wanted to make that sense of reunion a little bigger. And so, we created this Big Reunion Moon Tart.
Tea has always been part of the Mid-Autumn tradition, and classic matcha naturally has its place here. We added a refreshing layer of lemon curd to the filling, bringing a little contrast and brightness to the flavours, while taking the dessert to another dimension.
