Hi people! after numerous testing, we are back with Sous Vide Whole Chicken Leg! It is far better than our previous sous vide chicken chop that is love by many.

For newcomers, Sous Vide is a precise temperature control cooking technique that deliver consistent outcome. In short, it promise to deliver juicy tender experience onto your dining table!
Q: Hmm how is it better? In what way?
A: Taste is far more supreme and premium!! Our Sous Vide Whole Chicken Leg are marinated 1 day before Sous Vide at 74°C for 1 hour and 30 minutes. During that time, goodness in the bone are denature and broken down into what we called flavoring juice. The meat then are being cooked in it's own juices, transforming whole chicken leg into super juicy tender without being overcooked

1. Lemon Spice 柠檬鸡扒 🍋🌶- Marinated with our original spice mix with lemon for 24 hours and later cooking under Sous Vide to perfection, Guaranteed juicy tender experience!
2. Miso Honey 味噌蜜糖 🍯- Suitable for all and definitely kid friendly kind of taste! It is sweet, none spicy and pack full of umami!
3. Mushroom Herb 蘑菇鸡扒 🤩👍 - Brine 1 day prior with well season assorted mushroom stock before sous vide for 1 hour and 30 minutes! It is pack with mushroom umami bomb!
4. Spicy Korean 韩国鸡扒 🌶🌶 - Recommended for Korean food lover! Marinated with mostly Korean ingredients that is cooked to perfection!
5. Blackpepper 黑胡椒鸡扒 😋😋- Classic Blackpepper flavor but better! It is cook in its own juice with freshly grounded and toasted whole black pepper!
