As per the story, Allah appeared in Ibrahim’s dream and told him to show his pure dedication. Also, Allah told him to sacrifice his son in order to show his loyalty and trust.

While Ibrahim was in the act of sacrificing his son, suddenly Allah sent an Angle named Gabriel. Gabriel told Ibrahim that his dream was fulfilled and Allah instructed him to sacrifice a huge ram instead of your son. Then, Ibrahim was very happy and did the same as Allah said to him. Since then, this day has been celebrated all over the world.
