To Keep Hakka Ramen 🍜:
Temperature 0 degree or below - 3 weeks
Temperature 1-5 degree - 7 days
Here I always keep in Freezer for longer
duration . Every time I want to eat I just take
the portion I need out . 😬
Once Ramen taken from Freezer ,
do defrost for 50 mins and check if
the ramen is dry up and soften .
Then boil a pot of water !
Wait till the water is boiled with bubbling,
Now loosen the ramen before dropping
all ramen in the pot .
To Keep Hakka Ramen 🍜:
1️⃣ Cook for 1st 50 seconds .
2️⃣ Pick up and wash with cool water .
3️⃣ Next wait till the water boil again ,
Cook for another 20 seconds .
Lastly, add in oil and sources !
