天气热到没胃口的第N天…被这碗沙拉狠狠拿捏住🤩以前真的不知道 #紫甘蓝 怎么吃，一吃就被圈粉了，直接改观🥹

✅厨房小白闭眼做👇�食材： #爱加倍有机紫甘蓝 1/4颗 + 苹果 1个 + 少许沙拉菜

3️⃣分钟做法：
1. 紫甘蓝、苹果全刨丝，想吃多少刨多少，再撕几片绿叶沙拉菜点缀

* 1 apple
* A little salad greens

✨ Ready in just 3 minutes:
1️⃣ Shred the purple cabbage and apple. 🇲🇾 #不爱吃菜的娃，今天主动说要吃

家有挑食娃，怎么治？

🇲🇾五色入五脏！老妈子教的五行蔬菜饭

近来外食比较多，做一碗五行蔬菜饭平衡一下😉
一餐集齐五种颜色，清爽没负担，摆盘也好看🤩

🥗 五色对应五脏
红色=红椒 → 养心
黑色= 木耳 → 养肾
黄色= 南瓜 → 养脾
白色= 花椰菜 → 养肺
青色= 美国生菜 → 养肝

今天的蔬菜用的是爱加倍有机菜，在超市买的。
平常我更常用他们的送菜服务，蔬菜盒直接送到家，可以自己选菜🚚
对上班族来说省时不少，不用特地跑超市🤭

做法超简单：
1.蔬菜洗净，切丝或切小块
2.木耳、花椰菜、南瓜先蒸15分钟
3.蒸到滴10分钟时放入红椒一起蒸，颜色更好看
4.摆盘：米饭打底，蔬菜按颜色围成一圈
5.酱汁：香油 + 芝麻 + 酱油拌匀，淋上即可
5.想吃得饱一点，加一个煎蛋就够了，蛋白质一次补齐💪

一碗饭吃进五种颜色，肠胃没负担，心情也会变好☀️

Been eating out way too much lately, so I put together this five-color veggie rice to reset. One bowl, five colors — light, nourishing, and honestly so satisfying to plate 🤩

🥗 The five colors & what they support�
Red: Bell pepper → heart�
Black: Black fungus → kidneys�
Yellow: Pumpkin → spleen�
White: Cauliflower → lungs�
Green: Lettuce USA → liver

I used Agape Organic veggies today that i bought from the supermarket. Most days though, I go for their veggie box delivery, you pick your own produce online and it shows up at your door 🚚 Such a lifesaver on busy weekdays when a supermarket run just isn't happening.

How to make it:
1. Wash and slice/dice all the veggies
2. Steam black fungus, cauliflower, and pumpkin for 15 minutes
3. Add the bell pepper at the 10-minute mark so it keeps its color
4. Plate it up: rice as the base, veggies arranged in a color wheel around it
5. Sauce: mix sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, and soy sauce, then drizzle on top

Want more protein? Add a fried egg and you're good to go. A whole rainbow in one bowl, easy on the stomach, and it genuinely lifts your mood ☀️
