We will only be serving Cai Kuih at the moment for our loving Madam Siew’s KK fans. If you happen to be in Tawau, let us know and tell us your favourite Madam Siew kuih! We would like to make your trip to Tawau more memorable with our freshly made Nyonya Kuih.
🥟What is Cai Kuih? 🥟
Cai Kuih (steamed vegetable dumplings) is one of the traditional Teochew delicacies.
The soft, chewy and translucent-like skin of the cai kuih is Madam Siew’s secret recipe 🤫
Wrap with stir fried
A: Jicama / Yam Bean (Sha Ge in Chinese) or
B: Garlic chives/leek (Jiu Cai in Chinese)
✅10pcs per box, you can mix the flavour in a box.

Stir fried Jicama / Yam Bean (Sha Ge) includes jicama/yam bean/Sha Ge, dry shrimps, coriander and carrot.
Stir fried Garlic chives/leek/Jiu Cai includes garlic chives/leek/Jiu Cai, dry shrimp and eggs.

We care about your food satisfaction on Madam Siew’s Cai Kuih. We freshly homemade, steam, pack, frozen and deliver within 24 hours from Tawau to KK.
*Kindly steam and consume it right after you open the packaging or keep into the freezer once you have received the packaging (advisable to consume them within 3 days)*
How to reheat?
♨️Steam♨️
1. Defrost to room temperature and unpack the packaging
2. Bring the water in your steamer/wok to a boil.
2. Place the dumplings about 1-inch apart, giving them some room to expand.
3. Once boiling, place the dumplings in, cover, and steam on medium high to high heat for 5 minutes.
4. After 5 minutes, move the steamer away from the stove and wait for them to cool down.
5. After cooling down, serve on your favourite plates
🍳Pan-frying🍳
1. Defrost to room temperature and unpack the packaging
2. Heat a pan on medium-high with a couple of tablespoons of oil.
3. Once hot, add Madam Siew frozen cai kuih
4. Cook in oil for about 3-4 minutes, turning once to sear multiple sides.
5. After heating up, serve on your favourite plates.

The soft chewy skin blended together with the slightly crunchy vegetables makes it a simply irresistible snack at any time of the day.
