Job Description
Responsibilities:
*Daily follow-up, check, confirm, key in transaction entry for purchase invoice, credit note, and debit note.
*Monthly checking and preparation of supplier statement reconciliation, follow up with related department or supplier for the documents yet to receive.
*Prepare the payment before the team schedule deadline.
*The daily highlight of the problem facing or problem notice and report to a superior.
*Assist with full set accounts monthly and yearly account closing.
*Maintain proper record keeping and organization of the filing system.
*Prepare, organize and maintain accounting files, records and reports.
*Other duties may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:
*LCCI or equivalent.
*At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
*Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
*Computer literate.
*Strong working knowledge of SQL accounting systems and software applications (Microsoft Office - Word and Excel).
