还记得10年前万香小胖咖哩面吗？由于私人原因，早两年前这个小胖从万香茶餐室（Bukit Tinggi 2）撤退了，在巴生公主城（bandar puteri）再创办了咖哩面博士 （Professor Curry Mee）。在这里，小胖创造了一款全新的咖哩面吃法，更加独特的为每个顾客设计好自己想吃的咖哩面配料。过了两年，小胖再也不是十年前的小胖了，他变成了一个中年 Uncle了，现在的小胖再把咖哩面博士变成了Uncle Chin。所以说Uncle Chin经过了风风雨雨，用十年把一碗咖哩面做好，一碗浓郁的咖哩面配上自己喜欢吃的配料，客户能吃到自己喜欢的配料，脸上的笑容，是我任大叔的荣幸和成就。

这碗咖喱面，我就只吃了一口，直接上头！我真的会为了它专程跑回巴生😭

隐藏在Bandar Puteri、开了10多年的Uncle Chin Curry Mee，真的是我见过性价比最好的咖喱面了！早上7点半就开始营业，咖喱香辣但不呛，一喝就知道是真材实料熬出来的❤️

重点来了——这里的料都是自选的。你想要青菜、酿料、鱼丸、叉烧……想拿什么拿什么，满满一碗端上来，真的超值得✨
