THE BALVENIE DOUBLEWOOD 12 YEARS SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY

The Balvenie DoubleWood is a 12 year old single malt which gains its distinctive character from being matured in two wood types. Over the period of maturation it is transferred from a traditional oak whisky cask to a first fill European oak sherry cask. Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting single malt ~ the traditional casks soften and add character, whilst the sherry wood brings depth and fullness of flavour.

2009 Château Beychevelle, Saint-Julien (Grand Cru Classé).

Château Beychevelle is a prestigious Cru Classé whose history dates back to the 16th century. Powerful families have stayed there, including the First Duke of Epernon and Grand Admiral of France, who acquired the property under Henry II. According to legend, ships passing in front of his Château had to lower their sails as a sign of allegiance, hence the name Beychevelle: “lower sail”. Today, the estate is owned by Grands Millésimes de France (Castel and Suntory Groups).

Alcohol: 13%
Blend: 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 44% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot
Nose: Aromas of dark berries, liquorice, butter chocolate and menthol, with a hint of leather.
Taste: Medium to full-bodied with notes of black fruit, sweet spices, and light to***co. Rounded on the palate and moderately dry finish.
Pairs well with: Beef, Lamb, Poultry, Game

Clos Fourtet is an exciting Bordeaux wine. Located just outside the village of St. Emilion, over a series of deep, limestone caves, this mineral-driven, dark berried, fresh, ripe, opulent, flamboyant wine offers intense, pure flavors, rich textures, and spicy aromatics with hints of licorice. The wine keeps getting better and better. As the vines continue aging, you can expect the wines to add even more richness and complexity over the years.

Alcohol: 13.5%
Blend: 89% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc
Nose: Black cherry, blackcurrant, road tar, espresso and exotic oak spices

Casamigos, co-founded by long time friends George Clooney and Rande Ge**er, is an award winning ultra-premium tequila brand known for its smooth taste and exceptional quality.

Made from the finest 100% blue Weber agave, grown in the rich soil of Jalisco, Mexico. This tequila is made slowly, with the agave roasted for 10 times longer than standard, and fermented for double the normal amount of time.

Blanco: Crisp and clean with hints of citrus, vanilla and sweet agave, with a long smooth finish.

Reposado: Soft, slightly oaky with hints of caramel and cocoa. It has a silky texture with a medium to long smooth finish.

Añejo: Pure and complex aroma, with soft caramel and vanilla notes. Perfect balance of sweetness from the Blue Weber agaves, with subtle hints of spice and barrel oak, with a lingering smooth finish.
