也是游客到山打根一定要打卡的在地美食之一！

作为山打根人，
除了把我们的千层蛋糕带来亚庇，
这一次，也想把属于家乡的味道介绍给大家。
把这份“山打根之光”，
也带来亚庇，让更多人认识它 ✨

看起来像🐮💩的它，其实很温柔。
而且背后，还有一个有趣的小故事。

一位来自海南、后来定居山打根的甜品师傅，
有一次在研发新甜品时，
因为和朋友聊得太投入，不小心把甜品烤焦了。
出炉后，被朋友笑说：
“你烤了一盘牛屎啊！” 😂

没想到，这个名字就这样留下来，
慢慢变成大家都知道、也都爱吃的经典甜品。
后来也因为外形看似UFO🛸
慢慢的，年轻人也很少再听到牛屎塔这么亲切的俗称了

A flavour that’s been gaining a lot of attention lately.
- 𝓣𝓲𝓻𝓪𝓶𝓲𝓼𝓾 𝓜𝓲𝓵𝓵𝓮 𝓒𝓻𝓮𝓹𝓮 -

It has a clear coffee aroma,
but it isn’t overly sweet like many tiramisu desserts.

The crepe layers are soft and delicate,
with a light mascarpone cream between each layer.

As you keep eating,
you’ll notice it’s surprisingly easy to finish
rich, but not heavy.

Recently, many customers have been choosing this flavour
when they order our mix & match sets.

If you enjoy coffee desserts,
this might be one you’ll really like.

We’ve made another batch today.
It usually starts selling out in the afternoon. ☕🍰
