What actually makes a good croissant? 🥐

We put 5 different croissants side by side and looked at 4 characteristics we personally pay attention to when croissant hunting.

Of course, there’s no single “perfect” croissant for everyone.

Some prefer theirs softer, some crispier, some more buttery, and that’s completely okay.

These are simply the characteristics we look for based on the standards we work with at KWA-ZO.

And no, this isn’t about ranking which croissant is “better”. 😉

It’s about learning what to look for, from the outside all the way to that beautiful cross-section inside.
