For some, it is a familiar taste from childhood.
For others, it is something to share with family on a quiet afternoon.

For the next two months, our orchard kitchen will be steaming Steamed Pandan Cakes on selected weekends.

Soft, light and gently fragrant, this traditional cake is prepared in small batches at Orchard in KKB, using simple ingredients and careful steaming.
