In Episode 1, we harvested fresh produce straight from Dorod Group Berhad’s urban farm. Now it’s time to turn it into something delicious 🤍

For this episode, .ibrahim made a creamy, high protein salad bowl elevated with fresh harvests from our towers… and it turned out SO good. Fresh, zesty, creamy, and ridiculously crunchy.

Busy weekend at .steamboat getting our towers fully stocked!

Our “Tower to Table” series showed the polished side of things, but here’s what a real deployment actually looks like behind the scenes. Harvesting, restocking, and making sure every tower is thriving before service begins.

And yes, even our CEO, .dr.hamed_faghiri rolled up his sleeves and got involved (➡️ see last photo). Though with aeroponics, “getting your hands dirty” mostly just means ending up surrounded by ridiculously fresh greens.

If you’re a fan of great steamboat, you have to check them out. It’s easily one of the best in town, and now it’s also serving some of the freshest greens you can find 🥬
