Few days ago, we’ve gotten an asked if we make coriander kimchi. So we made them today.
Korean coriander kimchi, also called "gosu kimchi", is best eaten within 1 week of making it, as the flavor will be freshest during this time; however, you can store it in the fridge for up to a couple of weeks, with the taste becoming more sour as it ferments further.
Key points about Korean coriander kimchi:
Optimal taste: For the best flavor, consume within the first week.
Sourness increases with time: As it ferments longer, the kimchi will become more sour.
Gosh. This is so good on its own, and such a good pair for ramen ! 🤤
