在马来西亚东部，婆罗洲岛上的砂劳越，有一片被雨林与河流滋养的土地。那里的风味，带着山林的野性、河鲜的清甜，以及多元族群世代交融的烟火气。

那是OK厨房仔出发的地方。

地道的砂劳越味道，藏在小巷的排档里，藏在阿嬷的锅铲间——浓郁、奔放，充满生命力。但创始人心里清楚，有些风味对城市人来说稍显陌生，有些力道需要稍作收敛。

于是，一场温柔的调适开始了。

不丢掉灵魂，只让表达更亲切。保留砂劳越风味的筋骨，调整香料的配比，平衡口感的轻重——让每一道菜既带着故乡
