端午节 | 曲成酒骨，顺时而酿

端午，是茅台酒新一轮酿造周期的起点。赤时制曲，清时酿酒。一块曲，开启新一轮的风味旅程。顺应天时，依托地利，遵循工法。顺时而酿，是时间留给“酱”香风味的答案。

Dragon Boat Festival marks the beginning of a new distillation cycle for Moutai. When the Chishui River runs red, Daqu is made. When its waters run clear, the spirit is distilled. A single piece of Daqu opens a new journey of flavor. Following the rhythms of nature, drawing on the advantages of place, and adhering to time honored craftsmanship. Distilling in harmony with the seasons is time’s answer to Jiang flavor.
