Grape Republic is one of the producers helping reshape how people think about Japanese wine 🇯🇵

Based in Yamagata, they work with both local and hybrid grape varieties like Delaware, Neo Muscat, Steuben and Muscat Bailey A. These are grapes long associated with table fruit in Japan, now transformed into energetic, low-intervention wines.
