一個住在九份由外婆帶大的小孩
自小吃著芋Q及地瓜Q長大，
成長後，出國工作的他，儘管吃遍各地美食，
但最想念還是外婆煮的那碗芋Q湯。
終於在2002年，
忍不住這份家鄉的甜蜜滋味，
回到台灣，
傳承外婆的手藝，
將記憶深處裡的暖意完整承續。
融合傳承與創新，
提升芋Q口感及品質，
也獨家研發紅豆Q，抹茶Q等口味，
此外，為了學習製作嫩仙草的方法，
南下與嬸婆學習傳統四代的古早味
為能呈現一杯好茶的清香甘醇，
也跑遍台灣百年茶莊，
終於在2012年創立「艷芋茶社“甜品茶飲。
