Job Description
- Overseeing the manufacturing production process, drawing up a production schedule
- Preferably with experience in food industry or soap industry, or both
- Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded
- Ensuring that the factory's production is cost effective
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control program
- Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices
- Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business’s objectives
Supervising and motivating a team of workers
- Ensure complete compliance to prescribed HACCP, GMP and 5S processes
- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Determining quality control standards
- Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably proven track record with ISO, GMP, HACCP, etc.
- Strong sense of urgency, proactive and dynamic.
- Highly organized and detail-orientated; high level of accuracy.
- Preferably candidate specializing in Food Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
