This 2006 Craigellachie is matured in a hogshead with a limited outturn of just 229 bottles. Named "The Bon Viveur" — referring to both a Scottish country dance and a person who enjoys the finer things in life — this wh**ky certainly has a spring in its step, offering candied citrus peel with a touch of smoke.

Nose: Candied citrus peel, orchard fruit, and a delicate wisp of smoke.

Palate: Zesty citrus, spiced oak, and gentle smoke.
