Description:
Kinder Bueno Cheesecake has whipped choc ganache and the chocolate as topping
The Cheesecake is chocolate flavoured with Kinder Bueno chunks inside.

The Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake is topped with jam made with fresh blueberries. some jam is swirled inside the Cheesecake.

Recipe for Oatmeal Flour Pancake:
Dry Ingredients:
3/4 cup oatmeal flour
1 tsp b powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar

Wet ingredients:
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 size A egg or see my note below
1 Tbsp oil or melted butter

Method:
1. heat non stick pan and brush with oil. dont use butter cos butter browns too fast. use very slow fire.
2. mix the wet ingredients then make a well in the dry ingredients
pour wet ingredients into dry with a whisk. Then the batter will not have lumps.

Note: Egg replacement -
1. 1 Tbsp chia seed soaked in 3 Tbsp water. Use HOT water if you want the chia seed to expand faster.
2. Butter is more fragrant.
Sugar is for taste - you can put maple syrup as healthier choice.
