At 2:00 p.m., I received an urgent phone call. A customer needed a cake ready for pickup by 8:00 p.m. that same evening. My schedule was already fully booked, and I was about to turn down the order... Then the customer said, "I completely forgot that today is my daughter's special day."
That one sentence was enough to change my mind. I rushed into the kitchen, prepared all the ingredients, and got straight to work.
Every jelly flower was carefully handcrafted, not just to complete an order, but to help a family celebrate a precious moment together.
Sometimes, what I create is more than just a cake... it's a way of preserving beautiful memories..
