我们坚持每天手工制作港式点心，不依赖工厂，不走捷径。从和面、调馅，到收口的那一捏，都是师傅亲手完成。因为我们相信：真正的传统，就是一手慢慢做出来的味道。

客人会先点一壶热茶，再配两笼点心，例如虾饺、烧卖、叉烧包。 久而久之，「一盅两件」就成为香港饮茶文化最经典的一句话。

在亚花茶楼，我们也希望延续这份传统，让每一次饮茶，都是与家人朋友相聚的美好时光。🍵

🫖 Why “One Cup, Two Pieces”?

In old Hong Kong tea houses, 'yum cha' meant a pot of tea paired with two baskets of dim sum, like Prawn Dumplings, Siew Mai or BBQ Pork Pau.

Over time, “One Cup, Two Pieces” became a beloved part of Hong Kong yum cha culture.

At Ah Hua Cafe, we keep this tradition alive......bringing family and friends together, one cup and two pieces at a time. 🍵
