The hands, heart, and brain behind MyBoocha. This is Gillian, someone deeply passionate about all things fermented and always eager to share just how good fermented foods and drinks can be for our bodies.

Whenever anyone on the team starts feeling under the weather, she’s the first to hand out ginger shots to keep our immunity up. She’s constantly experimenting with new and sometimes very 'interesting' recipes, always getting the team involved in taste tests and feedback sessions.

More than that, she’s someone who constantly pushes the people around her to grow, believing that every person is capable of greater things.

Outside of fermentation and R&D, some of her greatest loves include working out, doggos, ayam gepuk, the beach and adventure.

A little transparency from us, in this era of AI that we live in.

Where so many things are made to look and taste 'perfect', we’ve chosen to continue doing things the slower, more natural way, using real fruits, herbs, spices, and raw ingredients in our kombucha.

Because of that, there may occasionally be slight differences in flavor intensity from batch to batch, especially with seasonal ingredients like mangoes, blueberries, and other fresh produce. Nature changes throughout the year, and real ingredients naturally do too.

If you’ve ever thought, 'this batch tastes a little lighter than before', you’re not wrong. It can happen when you're using with authentic ingredients. While we always do our best to maintain quality and balance in every bottle, we also believe these small variations are a reflection of real fermentation and real produce.
