🌟 WE’RE HIRING: MARKETING ASSISTANT 🌟
Do you love storytelling, creating eye-catching visuals, and staying ahead of social media trends? More importantly, do you want to use your creative skills to make a real, lasting social impact?

We are expanding the Ibupreneur and we are looking for a passionate Marketing Assistant to join our team! If you are someone who thrives on content creation, handles basic video editing like a pro, and loves empowering women micro-entrepreneurs, this role is for you.

Here are the details at a glance:

🔹 The Role: Full-time (1-year contract, renewal basis)
💰 Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500
📍 Location: TTDI Plaza, Kuala Lumpur (100% in-office for the first 3 months, with flexible/WFH arrangements unlocked later based on performance!)
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
🎁 Perks: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave & Medical Allowance

✨ What You’ll Do:
Plan, design, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Produce ready-to-post short videos and graphics using tools like Canva and CapCut.

Engage with our wonderful community daily and monitor digital trends.

Support awesome marketing campaigns to promote our workshops, programmes, and impact stories.

🎯 What We're Looking For:
A creative soul with strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator, and MS Office.

A proactive, organized team player who loves learning and collaborating.

A total of 28 participants confidently presented their businesses, sharing the progress, ideas, and growth they have achieved throughout the programme.

But this is not the end. It is the beginning of a new chapter as they continue building and strengthening their businesses.

Running a business while caring for a family is not easy. Behind every order, customer and business decision, there is also a parent managing responsibilities at home.

When parents feel stressed or overwhelmed, it can affect their confidence, focus and the way they manage both their business and family. But when they feel supported, they are better able to make decisions, face challenges and continue growing.

Through the Ibupreneur programme, we believe business growth should not only focus on income and skills, but also on the well-being of the person behind the business.

Because when parents are supported, their business can grow and their families can grow with them.

We are proud to highlight Ibupreneur’s latest initiative with Yayasan Sime Darby, marking an important step towards more inclusive community empowerment.

For the first time, this initiative also welcomes male participants, recognising the important role husbands often play in supporting family-run businesses alongside their wives. For individuals affected by accidents, injuries, or other circumstances that limit access to formal employment, community-based businesses can offer a more flexible pathway to earn an income and support their families.

This initiative supports communities across Perumahan Awam Sri Melaka, Perumahan Awam Sri Pulau Pinang, PPR Taman Mulia, Perumahan Awam Sri Sabah 3B, PPR Seri Malaysia, and PPR Desa Tun Razak, as well as PPR Bukit Jalil, PPR Lembah Subang, and PPR Muhibbah.

Through the development and sustainability of community kitchens and bake houses, the initiative aims to create local employment opportunities, strengthen household income, and support more resilient family businesses.

Together with Yayasan Sime Darby, we hope to build a more inclusive support system where families and communities can grow together.

A heartfelt thank you to BHP for creating a meaningful Parents’ Day celebration that recognised the important roles of both mothers and fathers.

Together with Better Dads Malaysia , we had the opportunity to raise greater awareness of the unique responsibilities, challenges, and contributions of parents. Ibupreneur was also proud to share the journeys of our mother entrepreneurs and celebrate the strength behind their businesses.

This collaboration reminded us that supporting parents means creating stronger families, workplaces, and communities.

Thank you, BHP and Better Dads Malaysia , for celebrating parenthood with purpose, understanding, and heart.
