We demonstrated our products and innovative marketing approach through the use of traditional ice cream tricycles to be stationed at the approved tourist locations. We requested the support of DBKL in granting approval for our business licences and demonstrated how we would bring benefits to tourists, local residents and DBKL by improving the experience for all visitors to Kuala Lumpur. The authorities at DBKL agreed that there was a need to enhance tourist facilities in Kuala Lumpur and liked our marketing approach through the use of environmentally friendly, traditional 1930’s Victorian inspired Ice Cream Tricycles and to specifically target location frequented by visitors and tourist alike. We also support events organised by the Tourist Office all over the Malaysia. The founders of Jersey Jack needn’t rely upon foreign experience developing brand. Our in-house knowledge allows the sourcing of only the highest of quality of local products to produce flavours reflecting its fertile environment. Key ingredients such as milk, cream, sugars, fruit and nuts, will all be purchased locally ensuring only the highest of quality and giving maximum benefit to local farmers and retailers. Whereby imported powdered milk may be a common choice, Jersey Jack steers clear of obvious option and uses only fresh milk supplied by Bright Cow Sdn. based in Kuala Selangor, for our Jerseys fresh milk.
