The reality behind the scene 🫠

✨ Salted Caramel Macadamia Cheesecake ✨

I’m always mesmerised when making salted caramel — watching the colour slowly deepen, the bubbling caramel come alive, and that beautiful glossy shine appear. 🤎

There’s something almost magical about the transformation.

And when that rich, buttery salted caramel meets creamy cheesecake and crunchy roasted macadamias… it’s the kind of indulgence I never get tired of. ✨

✨ The secret to our Salted Caramel Macadamia Cheesecake?

It all starts with the base. We make it from scratch using butter, sugar, flour, and finely ground almonds. That touch of almond gives it an irresistible buttery aroma and rich flavour you simply can’t get from store-bought biscuits. 🤍
