Even after all these decades that has passed by the recipe hasn't wavered in its deliciousness. After holding the family secret dearly for several years it has surfaced to spread its taste starting fro

The process of making such a delicacy isn’t at all an easy task, it takes careful and precision culinary expertise to pull it off after all protecting its Portuguese-Malacca essence is crucial for the success of the pickle. These skills as with the recipe has been passed down the ‘Gomes’ family and now with the advancement of technology this old recipe is bound to change in its taste or so some would think, but the chef has made it a point to go along with the traditional procedures.
