Introducing First Ferment, an intimate introduction to the world of Bornean rice tuak by Tuak Atelier.

Designed as a relaxed and hands-on experience, this workshop invites participants to explore the stories, rituals, and quiet craftsmanship behind traditional tuak making through brewing, tasting, and observation.

Together, we’ll begin a small fermentation of our own, and perhaps a deeper appreciation for the culture and craft carried within every jar.
