"Noodle Descendants", one of the top contenders for Kuching's Kolo Mee, this noodle house has a history of at least 60 years.
The unique black vinegar flavor is what sets it apart. It takes at least half an hour for a bowl of noodle to be served; it is also known by the nickname "Mee Tunggul."
Look at their noodles and the fresh offal toppings—waiting an hour or two is definitely worth it.
