๐ What a day โ another recognition for our Rempah Cheese Roll! ๐ฅนโค๏ธ
Our Ayam Rempah Cheese Roll has received its second recognition, this time as a Creative Food at Kuching Festival 2026!
Out of around 323 stalls, only 10 were selected for this recognition, judged by an incredible panel of chefs:

Being recognised by chefs with so much experience makes this moment even more meaningful. โค๏ธ
This dish started as an idea about 6 months ago, around our buffet period, when we were preparing for the Global Culinary Competition.
After countless rounds of trial and error, we brought it to the competition and won a Silver Award. ๐ฅ
And todayโฆ another recognition. ๐
Honestly, this is really touching.
Because behind this one dish is 6 months of hard work, failed attempts, changes and dedication from our entire Sampan House team.
More importantly, it reminds us of our vision:
Stay true to the taste of Malaysia. ๐ฒ๐พ
We can innovate. We can create something new.
But we will always preserve the soul of our rempah and the taste of our local food.
