Meet Lumy — our first adopted kitten 🐾🐱
We named her Lumy, inspired by the word luminous ✨, because of her big bright eyes!
We first saw her at an adoption drive outside a coffee shop and instantly fell in love. It was her beautiful eyes and playful personality that got us. Now, we finally get to bring her home 🏡
She has settled in well, like she already knows this is her place. She immediately figured out where to sleep, eat, and use the litter box. She is also the sweetest, cuddliest kitten. We bought her toys, but honestly, she is much more interested in hugs and cuddles. If no one carries her, she cries like a baby 🍼🥹
She is already showing her natural predator side too, catching spiders, beetles, and ants around the house! 🐜🕷️ We adopted a kitten partly because we found out there were rats in the house and thought a cat might help scare them away… but also because, really, why not?!
Her first meeting with our dogs was pretty funny. Lumy wasted no time showing them who is boss. 🤣 Not exactly the smoothest first introduction, we will have to work on that. Meanwhile, the dogs are extremely curious and always trying to peak at what Lumy is doing. 🐶
She has already filled our home with so much joy, and we love her so much already ✨
