- Non-Halal Items, such as Pork or Alcohol, will NOT be delivered
- All items ordered will be provided at same price as the retail with delivery starting from RM2.00/order and there after RM1.00/kilometer increment.
- Order from multiple locations will be charged as multiple order, i.e. order from 3 locations will have a total surcharge of 2.00 X 3 = RM6.00.
-Operating Hours are from 11AM to 12AM EVERYDAY! Any order before or after operating hours will not be entertained.
- Operation range is restricted to Kuching, Samarahan, Batu Kawa, Petra Jaya and Matang only.
- No orders from or to the surrounding areas of Kuching will be delivered.
- Order cost limit is RM100.00. Any order worth above RM100.00 will not be entertained.
- Order size limit is set to 12" x 12" x 12". Any parcels beyond this size will not be entertained.
- Planet Kuching holds the right to suspend service in case of severe weather or an emergency.
- Planet Kuching holds the right to refuse delivery of any item if deemed unfit.
